Built on the Salesforce and GrantSmith platforms, this global nonprofit required a solution to a complex problem; a universally intuitive portal for grant management. Key objectives were confidentiality due to applicants who may belong to politically vulnerable groups, accessibility and inclusion from a WCAG and cultural perspective, and an intuitive experience for both grantees and staff while working with a very complex and rigorous approval system — often on an unpredictable selection of devices and user touchpoints.
